The hotel had beautifully decorated rooms facing the inner courtyard, offering a peaceful atmosphere despite some noise from other guests. The dining experience catered to various diets but lacked flexibility in timing. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a bit mixed. The rooms were nicely decorated and faced the inner courtyard, which kept it quiet from outside noise. However, there was a lot of noise from other guests inside the hotel. The room was too dark with no natural light and uncomfortably hot upon entry. The hotel was ready the day we checked in, but the interior noise was disruptive.
The hotel had extremely comfy and pleasant rooms with complete amenities. However, the strong perfume spray was overwhelming and made me physically sick. I had assumed there would be an extra bed added, but unfortunately, it wasn't. The service was exceptional, with the staff being very helpful, knowledgeable about the area attractions, restaurants, and nightlife, and overall friendly. The location was great, just a few steps from the metro station, making it ideal for exploring the whole City easily. The dining experience was very good with a decent selection, though not flexible on timing. Overall, a nice stay with a few hiccups.

The service exceeded expectations, with quick resolution of reservation mix-ups and exceptional cleanliness throughout. The location, while not ideal for extensive walking, is a peaceful escape with easy access to cafes and restaurants. The dining options cater to various diets but could improve vegan/vegetarian offerings. Overall, a good value for the price paid.
I was quite disappointed by the rooms at this hotel. They faced the back of the property, offering a view of clothes on balconies, making the courtyard seem unwelcoming. The price paid did not match the quality received.
